Consultancy Services to Conduct Investment Appraisal and Project Structuring

The second assignment under the UDC framework arrangement focused on conducting an Investment Appraisal and Project Structuring study for ETATS Limited, evaluating the enterprise's investment potential and recommending appropriate structuring options for UDC's consideration.

The consultancy included a due diligence review of ETATS Limited covering its business model, legal and corporate structure, asset base, liabilities, operational performance, and existing contractual arrangements. Sector analysis was conducted to understand the competitive environment in which the company operates.

Detailed financial modelling was undertaken projecting future cash flows, profitability, and returns under various scenarios including status quo, expansion, restructuring, and partnership scenarios. Sensitivity analyses were performed to test the robustness of projections under different assumptions.

Project structuring recommendations were developed outlining optimal investment entry points, deal structures, required capital injections, governance arrangements, and exit strategies for UDC. The final report presented a comprehensive investment appraisal with actionable recommendations.
